Attire: Mufti [PE tee for sec 1s and Red Cross tee for sec 2s with trackpants]
Please be reminded that if you have the Red Cross tee,please wear them or the runners will not know that you're a first aider.
Venue: Outside Red Cross Room

Note: There will be duty for SOME cadets for the Cross Country on the 22nd September 2006.

Please Bring:

-1.5 litre coke bottle
-Umbrella/Poncho

Those on duty are reminded to report to Red Cross room at 1300 to put your bags and DO NOT BE LATE. After reporting to the Red Cross room,report to the foyer at 1315. Shall anyone be late,consequences will be taken.
