REMINDER

This is a LAST reminder that ALL cadets who attend UOC 06' are to write a report regarding the camp.

The camp report need to include:
1) Opinions of the camp
2) Attitude towards the camp
3) Any room for improvements for the camp
4) Group members' appraisal
5) Comments of Sirs and Maams
6) Any other comments about the camp

The report must be in Microsoft word. Font of New Time Romans,Size 12. A mimumum of 1 page is neccesary.

Dateline: 2159 sharp 11th of December 2006,Monday

The report should be send to CPL Koh Jia Wen at koh_jiawen_1610@hotmail.com.

Disciplinary actions will be imposed on anyone that did not hand in their Camp Report. This is a final chance for all that has not hand in. Please pass this on to everyone.

If there are any reasons as to why you cannot hand in your camp report,kindly inform any NCOs.
