NOTICE

**This notice only applies to those involved in Footdrill Competition 2007.**

Date: 13th January 2007

Time: 0800-1030
Attire: PE T-shirt with School shorts
Venue: Quadrangle facing the podium

Please Bring:
-1.5 litres coke bottle
-Boots [Please wear them when falling in]
-Beret [Please wear them when falling in]
-Red Cross Full Uniform ( uniform, belt [girls belt must be detached from the uniform] , beret, socks, boots, [hairbun, hairnet for girls] )

*Please take note that you all are to fall in at 0800 sharp. Attendance is compulsory and do not be late.
**All of you are reminded to have at least 7 hours of sleep and drink plenty of water on the night before the training.
*** Please remember to have a light breakfast before the training.
****Those of you who cannot make it or will be late for the training, kindly inform CPL Huang Jiayi at 98457806.
